AGA9 Systems' polycrystalline diamond (PCD) wafers are manufactured using the Microwave Plasma Chemical Vapor Deposition (MPCVD) growth process. Our PCD wafers are crack-free and freestanding. We also provide PCD wafers with silicon backing if required. This wafer is 3 inches in size with a thickness of 0.5 mm, and an unpolished surface finish. Known for their exceptional thermal properties, AGA9 Systems' PCD wafers serve as a reliable cooling solution for high-power electronic devices.
Leveraging the intrinsic properties of single crystal diamond to deliver performance that exceeds the limits of traditional optical materials.
Polycrystalline diamond plate can be developed with high surface finish subjected to the post-growth polishing. This makes these diamond plates valuable especially in applications where high surface quality matters. Some of these applications include electronics, optics, and precision engineering.
Owing to its non-reactive nature, PCDs are super resistive to chemicals. Hence no degradation occurs and longer operational-life can be ensure for the PCD based component in any end-usage.
Our polished PCDs can exhibit significant transparency ranging from deep UV to far-infrared electromagnetic spectrum.
AGA9 Systems polycrystalline diamond wafers are grown in a controlled lab environment via the CVD growth process. This growth process provides high customization in terms of the size, shape and thickness. The high flexibility of the CVD growth process makes them perfect for diverse industrial applications.
