AGA9’s polycrystalline diamond (PCD) wafers are precisely manufactured using chemical vapour deposition (CVD) technique aiming for the highest material purity and significant thermal conductivity. These wafers are available with a silicon backing in an unpolished form, featuring a 2-inch diameter and a thickness of 500 ± 100 microns. Owing to their superior properties, AGA9’s PCD wafers are ideal for applications such as cooling solutions for high-power electronic devices, as well as the development of wide-spectrum optical elements, vacuum windows, and high-power laser optics.
