AGA9 is a division of Aarush Diam. We specialize in harnessing the unique properties of CVD diamonds for industrial applications, engineering supermaterials that drive innovation. Our in-house expertise makes us an ideal partner for projects that require cutting-edge materials and tailored solutions.

Our lab-grown diamonds (LGDs) are not only recognized for their remarkable transparency (~70%) across a wide electromagnetic spectrum, from ultraviolet (250 nm) to infrared (25 µm), but also for their superior quality. With a high refractive index (~2.38), our diamonds excel in the optoelectronic sector.​

Optical Grade

Electronic Grade

The exceptional material properties of diamond—including a wide bandgap of ~5.45 eV, high thermal conductivity of ~2200 W/mK, and a breakdown field of ~10 MV/cm—make it an ideal candidate for semiconductor applications. These properties enable its use in high-power electronics, thermally efficient device manufacturing, sensors, and field-effect transistors.

AGA9 offers electronic-grade diamonds in crystal orientations {100} and in customizable shapes and sizes. The resistivity of our electronic-grade diamonds ranges from 1012 to 5 ohm-cm, tailored to meet specific end-user application requirements.

Thermal Grade

Diamond's exceptional thermal properties-including ultra-high thermal conductivity (~2200 W/mK), low thermal expansion coefficient (2*10^-6 K⁻¹) and a high Young modulus (~900 GPa)-- makes it an ideal heat sink material. it's ability to rapidly dissipate heat without compromising the mechanical strength enhances device longevity and efficiency, outperforming conventional heat sink materials

At AGA9, our polycrystalline diamond solutions are engineered for superior thermal management, offering thermal conductivity between 1500-2000 W/mK with thickness ranging from 0.2 to 0.5 mm to meet diverse application needs.

Mechanical Grade

Diamonds are celebrated for their exceptional mechanical strength and the CVD growth technique extends their applications beyond traditional cutting, grinding, and drilling tools.

Our diamond solutions are also suitable for high precision applications like surgical knifes, jet nozzle coatings, bearings, textile machinery components and drawing dies.
